I'm booked with dr Elias Ortis through ALighterMe a friend of mine had her surgery with him and had a great experience.

Hi everyone ! New to this forum. I'm booked for my surgery December 8th. Getting excited but I'm a little scared, but I guess that's normal. Is anyone else having surgery around the same time?

I everyone, I'm booked for surgery December 8th with Dr. Ortiz he is with ALighterMe and I'm wondering if any one has used him? I hear lots about the hospital and staff but not so much with him, I have had a friend that used him and her experience was great, but any feed back would be great!

I live in Alberta and to dodge all the wait time and insurance hangups I'm going to Mexico, it's a fraction of the cost and I've also known people that have gone there and had a really good experience ????

Thanks! Wow having your lap band removed and VSG done. So the lap band didn't work for you? That's too bad that you have to go threw another surgery. I'm sure every thing will be great after.

Hi everyone! I'm booked for my surgery December 8th in Mexico. I'm 36 years, 5'9 and I weigh 230 pound so 100 pounds over weight. Won't miss that at all I'm excited but scared. I've tried every diet and exercise program known to man and nothing has helped.

Won't miss 1. Feeling insecure with myself 2. Being the fattest person at work, I work for the RCMP and all my coworkers are fit and healthy. 3. Out of breath when I walk up the stairs 4. Going on vacation and not being able to wear makeup cause it melts off my sweat soaked face 5. Buying clothes from the fat store 6. Not being able to fit the clothes in the fat store 7. Worrying about having a heart attack every day 8. Wondering when I will get diabetes 9. Being in pain everyday cause my bowling ball boobs are weighing me down. 10. Snoring so loud my husband has to nudge me awake lol Those are some of mine ????
