Besides the obvious, does decaf coffee and milk count? -
So I spoke to a friend of mine today that I haven't spoken to in ages. She also suffers from weight issues. I told her what I was doing and she immediately launched into how her cousin's friend's mother's blah blah blah died from WLS. She would never do it. She is too afraid she would either die or vomit everything she eats for the rest of her life, etc. etc. etc. Argh! This is the stuff I didn't want to hear. Thanks....

Sleep Study Last Night

I had that test done a while back. It totally sucked! I barely slept. Being hooked up with all those wires made me feel so claustrophobic. They never came in with the cpap, but the doc did tell me I had very mild sleep apnea. I was like yeah whatever. In my opinion I wasn't asleep long enough for a proper diagnosis. -
