    I agree about Carla and Joelle not being "very" good friends to began with cause if I had a close friend I'd know how dedicated she'd be to me and we would have worked out butts off like the pink team. The brown team dad knew that he had a chance to stay on the ranch cause of Joelle's spaced-out attitude, but how long is he going to use HIS son as an excuse to stay there. I was totally surprised to see how Joelle acted toward Carla at the end of the show. Obviously Carla thought that they could at least be friendly toward each other, unless this is a "drama" tactic by the producers. I think that Joelle needs some counseling because she just doesn't get it. I do like Carla, and the green team girl that came back, I don't like her.

    yesterday coffee B-1 sausage patty,3 bites of greek yogurt w/protein powder L-1/3 c tuna salad w/ 6 wheat crackers, 4oz fruit cup S-2 oz greek yogurt w/protein powder (nutritionist said eat some Protein 30 mins before workout and it helped a lot) D-1 groundbeef patty w/ 2 T ff refried bean &cheese S-100 oreo cakesters (I have been waiting for these):cursing: I was not starving after w/o. Has anyone tried the Benefiber Fiber drink mix? It's very good (Cherry Pomegrante). It has 3 grams of fiber. You can find it with the crystal light drink mixes at Wally world. Also it's sugar free, but 15 calories.

    Yesterday coffee B- 1 sausage patty and 4 oz benefiber yogurt S-1/2 banana, 1/2 apple and 5 grapes L-Healthy Choice dinner S-3 oz salmon/as many goldfish I could eat, then guilt sat in:frown: D-1/2 c chili w/6 wheat crackers and 5 pork skins I need to understand when I eat my recommended portions, I need to walk away, but NOOOOO, I want to FEEL stuffed. Sorry, just thinking out loud.

    Yesterday I confess I was a Super Bowl grazer coffee B- 1 boiled egg S- 5 wheat crackers w/1 wedge laughing cow cheese(light) L- 3 oz salmon w/ 3 broccoli spears Now here comes the grazing: as many chips as I could eat without choking and goldfish as a chaser then, for dessert snacksize kit kats and butterfingers(I think around 10 together). Today is a new day, thank God for 2nd chances:biggrin: Sincerely, Elsie the cow

    Lap band/smartlipo help!!!!

    My lapband dr's does lipo for $2000.00 a body part. The patients seem to be satisfied. It is done in the office and 1-2 days you can go back to wk. I think that I'm just too old to have tummy tuck so I'm interested in the lipo especially with the short down time. Please Jaymie let us know how things go for you.

    I mostly miss my 1 coke a day. I usually have it with my last meal (dinner). I just discovered Crystal light (Sunrise) ruby red grapefruit and it's delightful..but doesn't take the place of coke...{{{walking away sad}}}

    Sorry, I meant Joelle's friend. Yep, I was thinking the same thing about the housing market. I'm like dang, I got ripped off with our house. But where I thought she was silly was to think if she got the money,bought her a home, could she maintain it and what about her friend. That within itself was sort of selfish to me. Yep, Ebony, I really laughed when Bob began to "beep", "beep", and "beep".

    I cried also when they had to choose between Jerry and orange(can't remember if it was Dane or David). Jerry looked so good at the end. Did you all hear when they said that they exercise 6-8 hrs a day? Even if I didn't work I don't think I could or would want to exercise those many hrs. Jo-elle, what can I say except that I was hoping that she would get kicked off. If only her friend knew how she was slacking off (while she's at home dancing the pounds away:biggrin:) she would be pissed off. This season seems to be off to a good start.

    I forgot to you that I lost 3 1/2 pounds on the pouch test.:cursing: I am going to weigh again this evening at the wellness center and see if it's more cause I weighted last Thursday.

    Yes, I only have 1 c in the morning. I wake up around 5 EVERY morning and that's when I have my cup. I usually leave my house for wk around 6:50 (sometimes earlier) and on the way I have my water bottle sipping until I get to wk (15 mins). I have a bottle here with me now, sipping.Maybe that would help cause my coffee does fill me up. That's why on my way to wk I can sip.

    Gloucester, I just kept a bottle with me all the time. I always look at the clock when I finished eating, then 30 minutes later, I drank my water. On my way to work, I start on my 1st one. Before lunch, I try to sip 1/2 of one, then after 30 minutes, I sip the other 1/2. When I workout, I have a bottle with me and before I leave I refill it. There's my 64 ozs. When I get home I try to always drink another 1 or 2 bottles. I even take a cup w/ ice to bed and sip on it when I go to the bathroom. Now,most days I make sure I have a bottle of diet (lipton) citrus tea. I love it, you can get it at wally world. Hope this helps. I cheated last night, I ate about 8 pecan halves:frown:. I paid later cause I ate 5 of them before I went to bed and they stuck:eek:. This morning I discovered they quietly went down, but I won't do that again.:grouphug:

    Yes, day 5 and we survived. I lost 3 1/2 pounds and I am so over the moon proud of myself. I need to lose 4 pounds a month now to be to goal by August (2 yrs). I am not proud of myself that I didn't make goal last yr, but that was MY fault. I am determined to do it this yr. I hate setting goals but I am going to try my hardest. I need to stay away from the slider foods. I will have some things, just not the whole bag.:confused:

    Back home from the wellness center and really walked/jogged my butt off. I tried drinking a Protein shake on the way home and just didn't want it. Yes, we are on our way to re-learning/re-thinking this thing out. Well, we just have to always remember even though we might slip, but there is always a tomorrow to get back on track. Gloucester, aren't you proud of yourself, filling up on Soup and being able to walk away? Well, I am too proud of you and ALL of us. Sorry to hear about the family "issue"but know that we are here for you. "This too shall pass".
  24. I'm on day 3 and I tried eating tuna (1 cup) and I was only able to eat 1/2. I am so over the moon. I can't wait to go and weigh this evening. I should wait until tomorrow, how is everyone doing? I hope that my pouch is strinking.
