    I understand Georgia Girl, I ate like a fool yesterday, but nothing stayed down. I think my fill just kicked in and it's been 3 wks since I got it.Today is a new day and we can start over. Best to you. yesterday B-coffee, 4 oz. greek yogurt, 1 sausage S-15 baked goldfish L-picked at chicken and potatos (PB'd) We got out early from school because of rain and floods. D-picked at chicken, mac and cheese, baked beans (pb'd) slice of strawberry pie, cookie and 10 cheese puffs stayed down.

    Got this recipe from HungryGirl PER SERVING (1 piece, 1/9th of recipe): 65 calories, <0.5g fat, 81mg sodium, 12g carbs, 1g fiber, 7g sugars, 5g protein -- POINTS® value 1* Ingredients: One 15-oz. can pure pumpkin One 12-oz. can evaporated fat-free milk 1/2 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute (like Egg Beaters Original) 3/4 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (granulated) 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix thoroughly. Place mixture in a baking dish (8" X 8" works well) sprayed lightly with nonstick spray, and bake in the oven for 45 minutes. (It will remain a little soft, like pie filling.) Once ready to serve (it's delicious eaten hot or cold), cut into 9 pieces. Serve and enjoy! MAKES 9 SERVINGS

    For everyone that's feeling awful, I understand, it seems I can't get rid of the cough and I have cold in my chest. Yesterday B-coffee/protein mix 2 handfuls of cheesepuff popcorn L-Lean Cuisine turkey breast w/veggies 2 mini hershey choc. and 2 handfuls of sweet&salty chex mix D-2 chix drumstick (boiled) and 4 small bites of corn late that night---a handful of p-nuts, 2 bites of pecan pie (pB'd it up)

    Gained A Lot of Weight Back

    Congrats on the weight loss. Today is a NEW day and another chance to sart over again. I had my surgery in August 07 and still not to goal. I mess up sometimes (who am I kidding, very often, LOL) but I do start over again and try real hard to make better choices. What about support groups? Maybe get with a friend when you feel like eating, call her. I don't really have much support at home, but I do have a long distance friend that I call and she really encourages me. Also come here and make friends, we are in this together and here to help one another. You will be successful again on this journey. Think about that at least it's the 70 and not the 100 you gained back. I wish you blessings.

    Today B-coffee, 1 boiled egg and 2 link sausage had to have a mini heath bar L-1/2 cup taco meat, 1 tablespoon of corn and beans, a pinch of cheese went to the bank and they have already put out Halloween candy, so I took 4 Charleston chews and 2 tooties roll and yes I ate them ALL:cursing:. D-TBD I think I'm stressing, MIL is having a toe amputated today, she's the sweetest lady (87 yrs old) ever.

    yesterday, not too bad but, not all that good either. B-coffee, 1 boiled egg and one link sausage S-1 mini heath bar and 1 star crunch:scared2: 6 almonds small pkg sun chips (all of this was through the day) D-1 chix thigh and veggies (PB'd it up) so I thought I should eat about 10 cheese puffs

    Yesterday B-coffee w/protein mix L-small vanilla greek yogurt w/ about 10 peanuts(needed crunch) D-hamburger patty, tomato, onion, cheese and 1 slice of the bun S-1 & 1/2 c of cheerio mix (all gone and will never come home with me) I needed a fill and got one today.:biggrin: So all day today will be protein shakes I only have 17 slow lbs to go.

  24. Congrats Yasmina, It has been 2 yrs for me and I'm almost to goal (20lbs to go). It has been two slow years, but I'm thankful for the pounds I lost on the way.
