    Today B- coffee, 1 grilled wing L- 2 grilled wings, 2 tsp. refried beans, cheese, salsa S- 2 bite size twix D- 2 grilled wings Was at church most of the day, and I wasn't all that hungry.

    Today B- 1/2 c. coffee, I ate the top off a small piece of pizza L- Sonic kid's meal (2 chicken strips & 1/4 of string cheese) S- Let's just say it was more than a handful of "whales" (they are sort of like goldfish) D- 6 wheat crackers & 2 oz. Fiber One yogurt I've been really tight lately, albeit the whales went down smooth. LOL

    Today B- coffee, 1 boiled egg and 1 rice cake S- 1 teeny tiny box of raisins L- 1/2 c. chicken salad made w/ spinich dip & 7 wheat crackers S- 2 boiled chicken wings and a handful of "whales" ( they are addictive) D- 2 rice cakes w/ PB

    Sounds great!!!! Hope I can find it maybe at Wally world. I live in a small town (999 pop.) and most of the grocery stores are eons behind. LOL I'm still trying to find "greek yogurt" here.:smile2:

    Today B- coffee, 1 rice cake w/ 1 tsp. pb and 2 oz yogurt w/ nuts S- small bag of ruffles:redface: L- Homel Chicken Breast w/ mashed potatoes (ate 1/2 potatoes) D- probably rest of boiled chicken and 1/2 baked sweet potato

    Good morning everyone, I understand about the (slow) weight loss. I made my one year this month and had only lost 50 lbs. but I have to thank God that it was 50 lost and not 50 gained. I haven't been able to exercise much this week, and I need to get the strenght training, but I did it last week (Thursday) and I couldn't even hold my arm up Friday morning. I was soooo sick Saturday morning I didn't have the energy to hardly breath. LOL I called a coach and he said that it would be okay, just out of shape and it took all my energy (duh:rolleyes:) so continue it. I will try something this evening. Lisa, if you are reading this, ((((hugs)))))). Hope Tanner got off to a good start. I hope that I'm at my sweet spot. I've had 8 fills.:thumbup: LOL

    Yesterday B- coffee, egg salad (made with 1 egg) and 4 wheat crackers S-1/2 protein bar L- 1 small baked sweet potato and 1oz yogurt w/2 oz cottage cheese D- didn't feel all that good, so I managed to eat 2 weiners and wheat crackers. Then took myself to bed. Does anyone have a "fickled band" besides me? I love it, but it is so unpredicable. Sometimes I can eat chicken,etc, then other times it just won't go down.

    Good morning everyone, Good morning Hippmom, Yes, the board has been quiet lately. Guess everyone is trying to stay in the box, keep dry and mow the lawn. Have you heard from Lisa? I'm worried about her, I hope all is well. Lou Ann is fine, loving her job. I miss her, but I'm okay cause we get to chat during the ride to the mtg. Are you going next month? Just look at your ticker, it's going down, down, down. LOL I hope that I have lost some weight, I have good restriction in the morning and around 7 in the evening, but in between I have to use will power. I hope that it will get a little tighter. Will school has started and I know EVERY parent out there is doing the "happy dance" and asking how long does it last. LOL

    Today B- coffee, 4 slices of bacon, too tight for the oatmal B2- 1 slice luncheon meat & 5 wheat crackers L- salad w/o the the lettuce (eggs, onion, cheese and dressing), 2 hot wings S- 1/2 cup pudding and 3 T ice cream:frown: D- 3 hot wings & 1/2 cup green beans (didn't go down well, so I had a protein shake instead) Didn't do so good today

    I thought "free lunch" was over, but no, we ate free today again Today B- coffee, 2 slices of bacon, egg salad (made w/ 1 egg, 1 tsp. relish and 1 tsp of low fat mayo) S- handful mixed nuts w/ 2 oz yogurt L- 1/2 cheese burger w/o the bun,1 hot dog (plain)w/o the bun, 1 small pkg cheetos S- other 1/2 cheese burger patty and 1 ice pop D- 2 oz broiled fish
  17. Any kind of nuts :rolleyes2:for me. I never really cared for them pre-banded but, now they are a part of my daily menu.

    Snacks and Lunch given to school staff. We are being In-Serviced to death, but we do get to eat free.:thumbup: Last day!!!! School starts Monday Today B- too tight this morning, so only a few bites of cottage cheese w/yogurt S- 100 calorie chez-it L- fajita's (2 strips-chicken, 4 strips-beef), no tortilla, 1 tsp. sour cream, 1 tsp. Pico de Gallo, 2 T. gaucamole, 1 tsp. shredded cheese, 1tsp. refried beans, salsa, and more chips than I care to say:cursing: S- those darn 100 calorie chez-it D-2 oz baked fish and 2 oz baked sweet potato

    Today : Breakfast and lunch given to the staff at school B- 3 bites scrambled eggs & 2 slices of bacon L- 2 oz. luncheon meat (from a sub sandwich) 3 cookies, & 1 small bag of cheetos S- 3 cookies D-?? will probably have a hamburger patty, spinach and a baked sweet potato

    Elise, the cow(me) grazed yesterday. Yesterday B- coffee, 1 boiled egg, 1/2 cup chex cereal w/splash light soy milk, 2 slices bacon S-100 pk and 2 handfuls of nut mix L- 1/2 cup hamburger mix DH bought home S-1 small bag Ruffles potato chips, 4 wheat crackers, 2 bites of luncheon meat, 1/2 peanut butter cookies D-nothing, was digusted with myself and went to bed Weekends are very hard for me. Today is a new day, & I pledge to do better. I joined here to be accountable and I am very honest with what I eat. Just looking at this makes me want to do better.

    I giggled too. :thumbup: Georgia, I really love to see what you and BlooeyeZ eat everyday. I don't like to cook, so I'm not very creative as you can see what I eat. You should see me in the grocery store trying to find some of the things you all eat. I still cannot find "greek yogurt" yet. I live in a small town and a lot of the foods I can't find.:sad: Today B- coffee, 1 boiled egg and 3 slices of bacon L- 2oz Tuna, 1tsp low fat mayo, 1 tsp relish, (it was that tuna in a kit) and 6 wheat crackers S- The last of the nut mix (almonds, raisins, brazil nut and peunuts) D- 2 chicken strips (1 came back up:mad:) so I'm having yogurt and cottage cheese (2 ozs ea)
