    Today B-coffee, 2 bites of scrambled eggs and 1sausage L-2oz. Buddig Chicken and 1/2 pork rinds S- Pringles baked wheat stixs (90 cals) D- 1oz steak, 2 T red beans w/ 1 tsp cheese I'm joining a wellness center today at a local hospital and I hope that will help me. BlooEyezs, I see that you are really dropping the lbs. Congrats!!!!!

    BBK, "this too shall pass". We are here for you giving you the strenght that you need in this of time. You are a strong woman and you are showing your girls that they can be strong as well through adversities. I think that your pictures are in very good taste. I'm voting again. Also, there is a God.

    Today B- coffee, 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of ham rolled w/cheese L- 5 chicken nugets and 2 fritos D- 1 boiled egg sliced w/ 2 tsp diced ham, onion, cheese, 1 tsp. bacon bits and 2 T. dressing, 5 grapes S- 1/3 cup ice cream:drool:

    Yesterday B- coffee, 100 cal. chex mix L- 1 slice luncheon meat and 4 wheat crackers S- 3 choc. chip cookies D-1 slice of turkey and 1 slice of ham w/ onion, cheese S- 2 cookies I haven't been getting enough protein. I will try harder today.

    Morning everyone, Lisa, I'm glad that you are building another box:smile:. Come on back, we need a cheerleader. LOL Like Sugrbear said pull those britches up (we all might have to if we get the rain from IKE ) and climb back into the box. I heard about the mtg from another thread but, I know that I won't be going because of time and money. So NewJulie if you go, please give us a brief summary if you don't mind. Everyone stay in the box and get a umbrella and boots.

    Bella, don't be discouraged. Some has more restriction. I finally have some restriction but before that I was on willpower (I just don't make wise food choices sometimes). This a good place to post cause it keeps you accountable. I journal my food here. You can also get good ideas for your meals.

    I hate it when people post just to post.....

    It is so nice and such an inspiration for us all to see the "NSV". I love to put on my clothes then go to the mirror and just get tickled to see clothes hanging off of me. I lurk often in here and I rarely post but, I think you all are nice people and very helpful even if does sometime hurt. I feel that if it won't kill me, it will help me.

  16. Muckstack, what about your proteins? That's whats going to keep you full longer, IMO. Let us know if it help, though. I find that if I am cleaned out(sound gross, but it is what it is, LOL) when I go to the dr and weigh in, it's better.

    Glou---make sure you fill the cars with gas. Put all important papers together, so if you have to make a mad dash, you can grab them and go. BBK- I'll vote again today. Turler--WTG, congrats. Froggi---hope you have a good night (although I doubt you will sleep sound.) All the plugs kept annoying me everytime I turned over and I go to the bathroom a lot at nite, so I know I made the lady upset-unplugging me, then plugging me. LOL

    Today B- coffee, 1 rice cake S- 6 almonds and they gave me heartburn:cursing: L- 3 oz yogurt and 5 anytizer boneless wings S- 2 bite size twix (I'm so stressed) D- 5 hot wings w/ 2 T spinich dip and some more stress Stress------predicted IKE, thus bad weather Stress------granddaughters here and they need to get back to Baton Rouge and it is supposed be bad here. I just hate for my daughter to get on the road in bad weather but school starts Monday. I know maybe I should be in the "Rants" thread, but.........:omg_smile:

    BBK, I'm so sorry for your pain and I know that nothing we say can ease the way you are feeling now. I can understand cause I too have worn your shoes many years ago. I didn't think that I deserved to see another tomorrow. I had friends to stick by me and they prayed for me constantly. I kept saying to myself, "today WILL be better than yesterday and tomorrow WILL be better than today". Brandy, this too shall pass. <<<<<<Hugs>>>>>>>

    Good morning everyone, Yes, I remembered it was the 2nd Monday but, I have my granddaughters here from Baton Rouge (no power and school is out) so I could not make it.     BigBaby, you can go online and goggle the brand name (Oikos) and they offer you a $1.00 off coupon. It is rather expensive but, it does keep me fuller longer. Yesterday B- coffee, 3 wheat crackers w/peanut butter and 3 wheat crackers w/melted cheese S- 2 oreos and 1 spoonful ice cream L-3 oz greek yogurt w/peanuts and honey D-1/2 cup ground beef w/ salsa, cheese &1 small pc of fish
