    Today B-coffee, 5.3 oz greek vanilla yogurt w/ diced peaches S-dry roasted peanuts w/corn candy (much too much) L-10 small popcorn chicken, 3 T spanish rice and 3 T coleslaw D-1/2 baked pork chop, 3 bites of chicken thigh, 2 T spinach 2 bites of cornbread

    Too funny, Hippmom. I get frustrated trying to get one ticker. Are you feeling better? I have been going to the gym and I weighted on that scale at the center and IT says I've ONLY lost 3 lbs. I called for a fill on the 27th. I cancelled the one for last month. I can eat a lot more now. I just hope that the scales at the dr's office says different. I hate those scales that has that slide thingy.

    Where would a person buy Greek yogurt?

    I found it at Walmart, they just started carrying it. You might try asking the store manager about getting it. The greek yogurt has more protein in it than the regular yogurt. Greek yogurt has more consistancy (sp). I can only find the plain in the large size (4.??) and the smaller size was in vanilla and plain(1.46). I use splenda and fruit in mine.

    NewJulie, my sister has the same thing (coughing spell) and has spent lots of money (she was a military wife) trying to get diagnosised, even the military drs couldn't find out what caused it. She struggles everyday. I will call her and find out what they gave her to take. I'm sorry for all the misfortunings but you can and will overcome this. Go ahead a vent away. Your doorstep today, maybe mine tomorrow. I will definately get some Phazyme. Boy, I needed it today. I'm sure the people at the wellness center would have appreciated too. Congratulation Peri!!!!!!:biggrin: Hippmom, I hope you feel better soon.

    Apples2, these are potstickers. Luluc makes them, but she found them at Targets. Sort of (I think) like a dumpling. Luluc knows.

    Today B-1 scrambled egg and 1 turkey (small) sausage S-1/2 c ground beef w/ 1 tsp ff sour cream, 2 cookies:rolleyes: L-1 c ground beef w/ 2 T beans, 2 T lf cheese, 2 T salsa D-4 oz greek yogurt w/pineapples, 1/4 banana and 2 pkt splenda 32 minutes treadmill and 30 minutes strength training I know I need a fill, I will be calling tomorrow.

    Today B-coffee, inside of 1 burrito and handful of mixed nuts L- 1 can of vienna sausage (forgot lunch and a student gave it to me) and wheat crackers. 4 cookies S- goldfish (too many) D-1/3 c chicken and dumplings

    I use splenda but, I've been using it. Every once in a while I just get full of gas. Hippmom, Lou Ann said today that Kenny saw you. Do you like the center? I worked my butt off today and everyday, went to my aunt's house and haven't lost a pound. Guess it's muscle. I know that my clothes are very lose. The scales say that I've lost actually 7 lbs but, I don't want to put that on my ticker until I go to the dr.

    Happened to me last night:redface:. The only thing I can contribute it to would be the mixed nuts I ate:confused:. I was at church and had to go out, LOL.:wink2: Maybe it was something that you ate. I know also when I'm stressed, I can have indigestion from everything, even H2O. Lo2Us, happy for you.

    Luluc, I found out why I was eating like a pig after the shake. My son said that because of the protein and I was burning fat (I work out just about every day, except w/ks) that was why I was so hungry. He said that he take beef jerky (or something healthy)with him to eat after exercising. I love those protein drink recipes, I'm going to buy me some vanilla protein. I get so excited when I find something that's going to help me on my journey, I'm so easy to please.

    Congrats! Ali. I know just how you feel. Sugarbear and NewJulie glad you all had a blast and it sounds like it was very informative. Thanks for sharing. It does go beyond just the food and portions. We have other underlying issues and I feel that we need that in our support group.
