    Not silly at all, Malteslover. I'm really happy for you. I completely understand because when I finally hit the one's, I told everyone, even my skinny friends, of course they didn't quite understand why ALL the excitement, but my band friends did. It felt like it took forever to get there, but I did. So feel free to post it here, we are here for support as well to support. Sugarbear, I pledge to stay in the box.

    Haven't posted cause I was so tight I was barely eating. Went back and the doctor took some out. I had lost five pounds in 4 days. He said that I would regain it, I hope not. Yesterday B-coffee L-chicken noodle soup D-nothing Blooz, love your picture. Luluc, it seems that you are feeling better, happy about that.

    Today B-coffee, 1 small slice of ham (didn't stay) tried 3 crackers L-3 small bites of mashed potatos and 1 chicken ring S-1 7/8 oz pork rinds (they made my tummy feel better:smile:) D-crackers We are having a church revival the next 3 days, so I won't be exercising this week.

    Today Had a fill and I'm tight. B-coffee Slimfast-took about 2 1/2 hrs to finish Chocolate caramel protein frozen shake that's taking me quite a while to finish. soup at hand

    Today B-coffee, 1 link sausage L-wasn't hungry S-4 bites of cherrie cobbler and 5 bistro crackers D-turkey (2 small pieces) and 1/4 c green beans 3 bites of peach cobbler 32 minutes on the threadmill I don't know what's wrong with me, my band seems to be tighter in the mornings and I'm feeling full in the morning. I can barely drink my coffee.:smile:

    Gosh, I'm so excited about everyone's weight loss. Hope when I go for a fill Monday (hope they let me have one. I haven't been since August) I have lost some. My clothes reflect it, but the scales say different, maybe it's inches. Peri, sorry to hear about the health issues and my prayer is that things began to get better with time. I sort of giggled like Malteslover when I saw the pregnant thing:smile:, I looked at your age and said, "sure she's still in her childbearing age". But I sure won't wish that on you.:eek: Did anyone go to this month's mtg? I went on "noscales" and they have not posted anything since July '08. Hope eveyone is enjoying this cool weather, I am and hope at the same time my electric bill will go low. We don't like heat that much so my gas bill will be low.

    Ali, I hope that it's something simple and can be repaired fast. Please let us know how everything goes. I have been doing strength training (really been lifting some heavy stuff) and a lady told me that her son told her not to lift heavy but to lift light just do it repetitious (she does repeats each machine 20 times). Dr. H told me to do some strength training but he never said that (guess he thought I'd know):smile:. She said that we want muscles but not like the men and that she was losing. She also does cardio. Has anyone been told this? I have been doing both just about 4 or 5 days a week and I'm burning myself out. I remember at one mtg, Betty said that we need to exercise 5 days a wk. I called for a fill cause I am able to eat everything (I had good restriction for over 2 months). I have lost inches and I think some weight, too, but for some reason those dang :cursing:sliding scales at the center says different. I'm hoping that the ones at the office says someting different next week. Sorry to whine for so long.:biggrin:
