Congrats on the NSV. I am very encouraged by your "testimony". I was in a 22-24 and I am now in a 16-14. I'm out 1 1/2 yrs and would love to be at goal this August. My problem is the extra fat around my stomach. I know that it's a good 5-8 #'s. I would love to have lipo but I don't see that happening unless God provides(yes, I have asked him). Again, congrats and yes, I understand the tears of joy.

Same to you, Luluc This has been such a journey for me, but I have a lot to be thankful for. I'm a lot healthier than I've been in many yrs. and I'm grateful for that. I will try the liquid diet for a couple of days. I have looked at the 5 day pouch test and I might try it. -
Have plastic surgery on every area that has gone south Give to the church that I fellowship Re-build my mom's house, pay off her bills and put my sister out Let my bro-in-law take care of ALL my finances Make a better life for my children, grandkids and step-children Give to charities Remodel our home and buy my DH a motorcycle and me a very nice SUV Help 3 very good friends of mine in every way that I can to make life better for them Hopefully after that, give in a very unselfish way

I agree with San Diego Mom, too much, but willing to own up to it. After all, that's why I joined here to be accountable. I didn't cook for Christmas, ate at mom's house and refused to take home a lot of leftovers. I won't cook for New Years either, so I will have to go to someone's elses home and NO leftovers. I just prayed and asked God to help me, but I have my part to do as well. My DH is no help, he brings home all sorts of junk and I've asked him not to, but what do you do when he continues to do it? I take most of it and put it in the freezer outside cause I'm too lazy to go out and get it. Hope that will help me. I enjoy this time of the year, but it would go okay if DH would help and I would do my part. Thank God, I am continuing to exercise. Well, I've gotten that out and feel much better about things. Sorry, to bore you guys. Today IS a new day. -

Today B-coffee, 2 grilled wings L-1 slice of luncheon meat w/5 wheat crackers S-handful of mixed nuts D-1/2 c spinach w/ 1/2 pc of mexican cornbread not a good band day for me. I attended a 16 yr old's funeral, I'm sort of tight, I guess it's stress and I have hardly had my 64 oz's of H2O. -

Maybe can tuna or chicken breast, you can buy those small kits that already have crackers, etc. Beef jerky,chili (turkey) if you have a way to heat it. You can see what is at the local stores like yogurt, etc. hope this helps. -

Luluc, no, it's still riding or someone has it. I pray not, cause I love to bless people and I knew that Tarkez (student)would have been over the moon with his things. I will probably send some money for my DD to get him some more. Our principal gave the staff T-shirts and we can wear jeans for the rest of the wk, I did buy me some underwear yesterday, but my nice black jeans are in the luggage. LOL Well, I'm happy cause things could have been worst. Thanks for asking. I ate too much for Thanksgiving and I probably put on a lb or 2. My luggage is lost :cry_smile:and I had my good underwear in there. LOL I also had a student some things I bought for him from B.R.( LSU shirts). He bleeds purple and gold. I was so excited to get them for him and now I'm here and the luggage is traveling. My DH is acting his shoe size and I'm stress eating. Okay, so I'm looking also for the Wasa crackers and I can't them even here in Baton Rouge except the multi-grain and another kind, but not the sourdough. I WANT WHAT BLOOEYZ has!!!!!!! LOL I too am addicted to food and I pledge to do better today and eat what I want, but in moderation. I pledge to get back to the gym when I get back (Y'all I'm on vacation from DH and I'm having fun and the gym IS NOT in my plans):grouphug:.
