Hi All, Thankyou so much for all your advise, I emailed my dietitian today with the advice of 4 shakes or 4 optifast items per day and she said this is a good idea if it can keep me on track! Thank God! Made my day, I think 4 of them plus 2 banana's or and apple instead will see me thru, I have never been a big veggie eater! I can stomach pumpkin, peas and sweet potato, corn and capsicum but thats about it! and it sucks that most of them are off the list =(
