What time did you go over for surgery? If nothing starts before noon you go a really long time without eating. Janise emailed me my Final Confirmation and Post Op Diet today. It stated that you can't have anything to eat or drink after 10pm the night before surgery. That's a really long time without something to drink. I better prepare myself. -

My pre op diet does not start until December 23rd. I have been walking 5 days a week for 30 minutes per my doctors order and I have lost about 8 pounds so far. -

I only told my husband. Reason being I didn't want to deal with all the questions and opinions. I decided im not going to tell anyone until I get close to were I want to be weight wise and mentally. But again that's just me. -
