I didnt care for the isopure either. And I think 40 g protein is too much for one sitting

pumpkin smoothie It tastes like pie in a glass, and each 8-ounce cup offers 100% of the daily value for beta-carotene, an antioxidant that fights cancer. Whip one up: Blend 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk, 1/2 cup crushed ice, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Pour and drink! Nutritional info per smoothie: 162 cal, 5 g pro, 34 g carb, 2 g fat, 0.5 g sat fat, 0 mg chol, 4 g Fiber, 55 mg sodium

YUMMY! I just had my first flavored protein shake. It was Unjury Chicolate. I think I added more milk then called for but it was so good I will probably do the same thing again. It was really good! I am going to make sure to order it again. I am going to try the vanila next I hope it is as good.

I am so freakin excited for this band. I am hopping to get mine the week before christmas. It is like the only week I dont have school or some work thing. I am so happy this year I dont have any family arround. I think it will make my healing and eatting so much easier.

Congrats! that is awsome I am so proud of you!

why dont you ask them to go out for dinner. then They will know you can still go out with them. I know with one of my friends I didnt want to ask her to go out for food because she couldnt eat a lot of things. Then she called me and asked me out somewhere and we went out and talked about it. and sh told me she can still eat out just not the food she used to eat. So now we go out like we used to.

I went to the store yesterday and walked down the candy isle and didnt put anything in my cart. I was so proud of myself for that. I looked at stuff and put them back. I was so proud of myself.

I also do Tech support. I play with playdough and I have other toys that I twirl when I get irritated with a caller.

I am still waiting for aproval. Geesh the waiting sucks. But I have started the life style changes. I now take a liquid vitiman every morning and I start off my day with a protein shake or a protein smoothie. Since I dont usualy have breakfast. And I am going to the gym. Some weeks are better then others but I am going and that is what counts in my head. Now if they will just give me aproval. -

Thankffully My friends of varing sizes have offered some old clothing that they have grown out of. So when I hit a size I can borrow or have a pair of jeans or a few shirts of the right size. Heck one of my friends has a size 20 dress a very nice dress too. I am currently at 30's right now. she said when I can fit into the dress she will take me out for a night on the town. I thought that was a great reward for hitting 20 -

That is a very cute shirt. -
I have a tendency to eat when bored....so I eat a lot at work. The play-Doh and toys like that are handy for me. The dried fruit is like candy for me. and a little goes a long way.

LOL YES! that is it on me it looks like my boobs have fallen and the shirt is going to choke me for it. I only have about 10 shirts I like 3 sweaters and 2 pair of jeans. I know everyone is tired of my clothing at work. But I refuse to buy nice clothes for a body I wont have much longer. (I havent been banded yet I am waiting for insurance approval) -
I am keeping sunflower seeds at my desk dried aprocots I have something that boils water in the microwave so I can have hot tea. Plenty of water. OH yeah and play dough. when the cravings get me I play with playdough. Keeps my hands busy and the smell of playdough usualy keeps me from putting things in my mouth.

I wear a 2 piece tankini. I find it is easier to get on. The top is like a tank top and the bottom is like underwear with more support I love LOVE them. I do alter the top a bit I just shorten the straps with a little hand sewing. I dont want my boobs falling out. -

I am in my last "nice" bra in the correct size. The company that makes the bra I love stopped making it in 44F I can get it in only DD now it sucks I love this bra. I will be thrilled when I can get into a DD again...I have been a DD since high school only the last few years was I into F Damn every time I lose weight my boobs were the same. When I gain weight my boobs get bigger *sigh* that sucks
