That is a good idea. But I think I NEED to have it done soon so my spirit is up and ready for the holiday.

I just like it with milk. I think it is real good kind of like milk shakes. I dont like the strawberry though.

I am sorry I got my pre op 7th surgion visit 10 and surgery will be on the 19th. They gave me all the dates as soon as insurance was cleared. I am SOOOOOO nervous

Personaly I feel ashamed that I couldnt do it. But then I think well If I had the help and coching they had for the TV show I probably could of done it too. What about all the other people they had doing the program and only tose few were shown. show us the others. I have never lost more then 30 lbs on any diet. and that fustrates me to no end. I am a bit scared that this is going to be another failure in my diet life. I hate thinking it. but what if it is true and this dosent work.

I was told in the seminar. if you have 100 lbs to lose they try to keep you at 1 lb a week 200 lbs 2lbs per week 300 3lbs per week. as a rough estimate. They said they dont want you losing too much too quick because of the malabsorption issues. My doctor told me that if I only lose 50 lbs and keep it off then she will be thrilled. I wont be but she will be. Everyone tells me you lose quicker to start off. then you have to really work for the rest. I dont own a scale and I am thinking I should buy one for christmas.

LOL *breath* ok I want to have the house reallly clean so I wont be sitting in a room with so much clutter. And I am hoping my friends will visit me while I am recouperating and I hate having visitors while my house is a mess. and I need to clean up the cats room so If I miss a day or so from not being able to bend over that they will be ok. Just so much to do and not a lot of time to doit. Does anyone have the "must have" list or a link to it. I know it was on here now I cant find it.

I am freaking out I have 19 days till surgery. and I am freaking out. Do I have everything I need (I live alone) is all my FMLA approved. Can I get my house clean before surgery , should I wash the carpets? I need to decorate my house. AHHHHHHHHH I am stressin a little. lol

I am also being banded soon 12-19 I am eager to hear how your recovery is.

I start my pre op in 12 days. I have been making apologies to everyone I come in contact with ahead of time. The maintinence crew told me they will put up the yellow caution tape for me that week. lol I told them to keep it handy.

I am 34. I have been looking into it since I was 31. I wanted all the reserch before commiting myself. 19 days till surgery!
