So stop starving yourself! You may be not eatting enough calories. If you dont get enough calories your body will do this starvation mode thing. and hold on to your calories.

I actualy am starting to like excercising. I can start to tell that I am getting stronger. My trainer told me it takes 1 month to build one pound of muscle. And I think I am getting some. wow I dont like walking on the treadmil. But it is only 30 minutes. and I just got an MP3 player and I got a book on it so I can listen to the book and walk. I think it will turn out to be a good solution.

I came home the same day. Once I woke up I was fine. I went pee then they let me have my clothes and broth and water and a popsicle. I drank a little broth a little water while they watched went pee (noone watched) got dressed and walked out of the hospital. I walked into walgreens with my friend to get my meds and we picked up juice and walked arround a little and she took me home. I took a nap and once I woke up my friend went home. I was fine. I watched tv and movies and did nothing the next day. 2 days after surgery I went out to the store to see people. I was a little closed up. the 3rd day I took myself out to the movies for the day but that was all it was a great little me time. -
LOL I grew up in KC I miss worlds of fun and Oceans of fun. We used to hang out their all the time when I was younger. Of course it is not as great as Holiday World in Santa Clause Indiana...(close to me) So I cope....Maybe this summer I can ride a ride again....wow that would be something.

I have to give you props for standing on you feet all day It is hard work. But You will probably feel better if you do get some muscle built up because you will lose quicker. Have you thought about getting an ActiTrainer or Bodybugg? You wear them and they tell you how much activitie you have done vs. how much you have eatten. It might help give you the motivation to get started. I use the time after work to go to the gym...but I dont have kids. What about using part of your lunch hour to walk or bring some hand weights and do some arm excerrcises. Or Even get those bands and use them they are light weight you could keep them in your drawer and during your break you could do some arm excercises. I am working out because I want to tone my body as I lose weight. I am mostly woried about the excess skin and flab after the fat is gone.

My dad always told me to get plywood to put under the scale. lol My scale is in the kitchen. my bathroom is too small for a scale. lol Good thing I live alone. lol

Lisamarie, Thanks. I am not always happy with the amount of weight I have lost...I should be but I keep wanting it to be more. I really dont feel like I have much restriction. I go back at the end of febuary for my 2nd fill so I think I can wait till then. I am excercising like crazy. So I am still losing weight. But I can eat anything. With little to no restriction.

I can probably still eat pizza because I dont have restriction. I just want it too bad right now....I know it dosent make sence. But I know If I have it then I will eat a lot of it. if I dont eat it yet I cant start eatting it yet...the flood gates are not open for me to eat all I can.

Right before my first fill I thought OH I will have a hamburger. ummmm Let me just say I thought I would NEVER say this ICK McD hamburger used to be my favorite. ICK it was so bland and nasty tasting I only took 3 bites of it. Guess I wont be missing that for a while. lol I do miss Pizza. I could probably eat it...I just havent tried it yet.

I just know my Dr does his fills to what you need. I had the 10cc band in. and he wants you to feel restriction. so We drink water when the fills are being done. so he knows what is too much. 6cc was too much but I think 5cc was not enough because I am not feling restriction right now. I think next fill when I hit that spot of too much and he backs it off till it flows thru again. I will have him add a little more back into it and I will drink again to make sure I am at a good spot. I think I needed to be more vocal with him. He dosent know what I feel only I do. I think I just had a bubble which is why I couldnt get the water down.

OK I have a weird NSV weird for me... Saturday! I went to the movies and slacked arround. after the movies I was feeling really lazy but had not worked out yet for the day...I drove to the gym and they were closed! at 7 pm I was actualy mad that they were closed. BECAUSE I WANTED TO WORK OUT! totaly weird. I got up early Sunday to hit the gym cause I didnt want to miss working out sunday. lol cool or what. OH and I had a Quiznos Sammy for lunch/dinner. I never thought I could get full of such a small sandwich. wow.

Personaly I have used a Trainer for a month and then doing it on my own for a while at the same gym. My trainer has moved to a new gym and I am looking arround for a new trainer. So I am watching how all the trainers talk to their clients and non clients. If they talk to me it is a plus. I havent found the right one yet. I want one that would give me a tip when I am NOT paying them for it. That would make me want to have them for a trainer.

I crochet hats. they are easy and when I am done I give them to charity. Or if a friend really likes one they can have it. the yarn is not to expensive and I can get one done in about 4 hours...the down time I have at night after the gym and dinner.

If I buy it and it offers the 3 month trial. do you still have to pay the 199 set up fee? I am just trying to figure out how it works payment wise. Of if someone can direct me to a place to figure this out I would be oh so happy

OK I am thinking about getting the BB with my tax money. where do you go to get one? I dont have a 24hr fitness and I dont really see them arround. is their a site to get them where they arnt too expensive?

For me it is because I am not losing weight very quickly. But because one of my goals is to go to the gym 10 times in 2 weeks I can control that. So I reward myself for that.
