    OK you convinced me I am going to have to get the pad. I will set it up next week. Hopefuly the bloster on the bottom of my foot will be better so I can do it.

    Vitamins

    I take a liquid vitamin. I really like it. The liquids absorb a lot quicker so you get the whole effect of the vitamin. I also have a bottle of liquid B-Complete on my desk at work for energy. You put it under your toung. You can tell the energy boost in a few minutes

    LOL I was looking tnto getting it. I was given the game but havent bought the pad yet. Is it addictive? Do you WANT to play? Or is it so hard you dread doing it again?

    I am staying on the plan today because I want to go to the warter park with my friends this summer and not be looked at funny. OH and I want to be able to walk up the HUGE hill out of the water park.

    Bathing Suits?!

    I have to say that this does worry me. I love Lands end suits. They always have VERY good quiality. But Lately I have had the Tankini. I do alter mine and probably always will Shorten the arm so my big boobs dont fall out and tighten the elastic under the boobs. but the bottoms I can just get a smaller size...and I do have a tendency to tck the top in when I go to the ocean or wave pool because I dont need to have the top around my neck lol. That is why I love the Tankini. but I do miss lands end suits.
  8. Personaly I cant tell I have a fill. I was a little restricted this morning...but I could still drink my water just not chug it. hummm maybe it is finaly kicking in.

    Losingjustme, Thanks! I am at a size that it is hard to do too much. sometimes my ankles ache for days after just walking. and the swelling in my legs is an issue sometimes. it is going down with the weight loss but it is still an issue. I dont want to hurt myself then fall too far out of rythem I value your advise because you were where I am. So thanks. Travelgirl, I am increasing the speed. Every so often I put a little but of an incline in there but then my hips start to ache so I take it back down. I am trying to keep increasing my work outs. I think the not holding on advise I got somewhere is really helping. Man is it hard not holding on.
  14. If I didnt have the gym I wouldnt be working out. I find too many excuses not to do something. But I go to the gym Directly after work. It keeps me going.

    My Dr told me to get to the gym and work out. no guidelines. So I am doing the treadmil 5 days a week and I am lifting some weights every other day. I had a trainer and I am doing the work out he set up for me. I do have to say I am doing about the same thing every time. Because I know I am doing it right. I do increase my speed on the treadmil but I am not jogging I am at a fast for me walk. About 2.7 now. I am not holding on to the sides and my heart rate does get up there. I would do something at home....but I know I would not do it. I would find an excuse to not do it. And I am not comfortable with my body yet to get into a class. Any advise for me?
  16. Thank you I needed a good laugh this morning. Sorry about that. You will be ok. their is not open wounds in you stomach just a little swelling and the acid in your body plus the fluids will kill the fly. So dont worry about maggots. My grandpa used to sleep with his mouth open and he just said it is good Protein. lol. You will be ok as long as you didnt bust anything laughing as hard as I did. My eyes are still wattering

  18. I have to agree with Lap_Dancer on the chocolate. I still have my chocolate. Not as much as I used to and ONLY the really good stuff. But I do still have it. I am not a smoker and dont really drink but I will have a drink with friends. Usualy a mix of pineaple juice coconut rum and grenidine. ummmm
  19. Well here I am. I was banded 12-19-7 my highest was 376 and I have had one fill. ack. I am still hungry. BUT the books say I am suposed to be at 124 ROFLMAO 124 I think I weighed that in 5th grade. lol yeah right. My goal is 150...I am going to party at 199. Well ok honestly I party a little with every loss.

    Yes! I will be at the support group meeting. I have training classes that week and I am going to miss out on a free dinner at one of my favorite resturants. lol the meeting is more important. lol weird how our priorities change. I just love LOVE dr Lusco's group. He is so nice and his group is great! One of the things I would love to do is go out to dinner with some people that have been banded and see how others eat and just talk to others like we do here.

    That is great! Chris If I dont write it all down I will find an excuse to not do it. I am just weird like that. I totaly understand about the low weight thing. I only chart my Thursday weight. But I watch the other weights. I was at 350 for so long 3 above 3 below then BAMN! 342. now I am 3 above and at it. I kinda linger arround a weight for a while before dipping below it again. lol It is kinda like my body is testing out the new weight.

    I have a calander with all my weights on it. right on the wall. I also put in the calander every time I work out. It is a great motivator to keep working out and writing it down.

    I dont "feel" mine either. I can also chug water and eat almost anything. But I am waiting till the end of febuary. To get my 2nd fill. I figure My next fill wont be too much. But I am going to make sure I feel restriction this time. Now that I know how the process works. lol
