    Woo Hooo Toot toot <----tooting my own horn I am up to 55 minutes on the elliptical It is a great feeling watching someone get on. and off while I am still going strong. lol.

    Super HOT! Wow those are amazing. I bet your hubby is LOVIN it. wow great job. I am sure I would be nervious to be in front of a camera like that but. I have a few photographer friends and I wonder if they would do it for me...once closer to goal.

    Getting "Second Wind" .. . remotivated!

    Fanny I have to agree my attitude about excercise has changed I am no longer thinking about if this week I didnt lose weight. (I hate that I didnt) BUT I am proud of myself for doing what I did. When I hat 3 miles on the elliptical I actualy was smiling. and when the fit girls and guys get on the ellipticals next to me and I outlast them. I am so proud! It is great.

    Bands get tight after flying?

    Well Chris let m know how the Cruise is. I am going on mine in November/December and I have heard that longer flights have tightness problems where short flights dont have the problem. I will have a long flight from Louisville to Purto Rico. But I am planning on packing some protein drinks and I know as of now when I am tight I can eat just really really slow. Let me know how yours goes

    4 Month Goal and updates

    I am so happy we have the new month going.
  6. But that is like MASSIVE amounts of Water. We need to be drinking at a minimum of 64oz of water a day to keep our body working properly. Then if you drink a caffinated beverage say 8 oz you need to drink 16oz of water to counter act the caffeene. I was diagnosed as being dehydrated about a year ago. So trust me DRINK YOUR WATER.

    OK about 400 messages ago...on monday or something like that some one was talking about the great BBQ place in and near KC with the "HI MAY I HELP YOU?" It is called Gates. It is THE best BBQ. I am a big fan of Gates. Just thought I would let that out.

    I was in a service school this week for work... I was so happy with my progress...then they took a group picture...man I hate group pictures. Whu am I always the biggest in the group. it sucks. I see the picture and I get all fed up with my progress.

    How often do you get fills?

    I am not self pay but I am ready for this to really get to work. Finally I have SOME restriction... but it is still not enough. I want to be tight where I know if I eat wrong. because I keep forgetting. Right now I only get my band reminder when I eat thick bread or dry meat. I need more. *sigh* I am sure I will get there soon...hopefully.
  10. Why thank you. Before I got banded everyone had me freaking out about slime and PB until one person explained what it was for me. So I try to do the same...Personally more information is better. If I know what to expect then it is not so bad. OH by the way slime is the over abundance of saliva. the stuff you spit out. very gross

  12. I PB'ed for the first time like 2 weeks ago. I ate a chicken nugget. and it got stuck. Let me just say when you get something stuck you will know. All the times before when something got stuck it went down fine in a few minutes. this time it stayed stuck. I produced a ton of saliva and couldnt swallow it because of the nuggett being stuck. So I had to spit out the spit. I had plenty of time to get a bag to throw up in. and It is not like normal throw up with the whole acid from your stomach. it is just like you are spitting something out. which you are basically doing. It was just ONE puke and I felt better...I did throw out the nuggets with out trying any more...but I was fine. Little gross but lesson learned.

    My April Challenge

    That is a great challenge. My goal for April is to get 900 minutes on the elliptical. it is 15 hours basically 30 minutes a day. I am hoping to go over that. but I wanted to make my goal obtainable.

    It is a VERY acive thread...mostly chatter...and if your not in the click it is hard to get into the conversation. Not that they are not nice but I feel like the kid sitting on the edge trying to make friends and noone wants to talk to you. YEP that is me. *sigh*

  16. What a cute belly button! I dont think it is that noticible. To you because you look at it and see it but if you would of not pointed it out by circling it I would not of noticed it. You will lose the weight. give yourself time.

    Cindy, all you do is where you created the ticker...it has about 2 or 3 lines that you copy and paste not the ticker itself but the lines. I cant think of what they are called. If you paste those in your signiture when you update the ticker it will automatically update.

    Freakin old people they mean well...but DAMN I wish they would just mind their own business some times. Especially at the gym. I got my 3rd fill today. and their was a lady in there that had the band 3 years ago. She looked great! almost too thin. lol She let me feel her port. lol It is really noticable on her. lol But she is really small now. It really made me feel like this will work. I just need the proper restriction and I too can get there.

    OK here goes! You need to get to the gym! Burn off some of those calories from Easter. PUT DOWN THE BUNNY! lol The funnest excercise I know of is Dance Dance Revolution. Super fun. And a great cardio work out. But besides that I think your doing great!

    3 Month update and Goal

    OK I got my 3rd fill today. OUCH this one hurt. I prefer the dr's scale. It is nicer then mine. by about 5 lbs. lol He put another 2 cc in the band. I have the 14cc band. weird I thought I had the 10cc band. lol Pays to ask. But I have 10.5cc in a 14cc band. I have been working out like crazy too. I have been to the gym 16 times so far this month and going today...and tomorrow...and probably saturday and sunday which will make it 20 times this month. lol
