I am at week 5 and starting soft solid foods. Since I've started the pureed foods last week I have stalled in my weight loss and when I weighed in on Monday (I weigh only on Mondays) I gained back 2 pounds. Is this normal? Has anyone else had this problem.
I was sleeved 2/17/14 and am down 18 pounds, I'm a bit disappointed it is not more at this point.
I started doing weight resistence training and 20 minutes of cardio this week hoping this will start bringing me down again.
Any advice?
