I put on and zipped up a pair of jeans size 14 today. Surgery was 11/12/13 and I wore a size 20...I'm so freaking excited I could scream

Haha that will be great. I made few goals before surgery and at 3mo I have already passed my 6mo goal . Next goal is down 30 by June vacation weight loss has slowed down some now though so I'm back at gym kickboxing

At 1st I told only my hubby and parents bc I was scared of people judging me but now 3 months out when people ask What are u doing? U look great. I just say I had weight loss surgery. I don't care any more about what people think or may say and believe it or not everyone I have told have been so supportive. I am just excited to be getting healthier and skinnier -
I still see "fat" me in mirror too but everyone else just raves over the way I look. I can hardly believe my changes I wanna just pinch myslef sometimes. Lol

Surgery date 11/12/13 started day of surgery at 260 pant size 18/20 shirts 3xl. Now in 16 getting very loose and xl tops. So excited!!! Keep up the good work everyone -

I'm 11weeks out and still strugglebwith eating chicken always gets "stuck". As far as fried too scared to try lol thinking grease may bother me idk.

I didn't have to do a "special" diet before just couldn't eat/drink after midnight day before surgery. Good luck. Its totally normal to be nervous but u will be fine I'm sure. If u are a praying person just pray and put it in God's hands. Good luck. I'm 11weeks out and have lost 64lbs and gotten off bp meds after 3 yrs. Best decision ever made. Not gonna lie it has its ups and downs but over all great experience for me.

Its easy to get frustrated keep ur eye on end goal and when u feel overwhelmed do what I do look at side by side before and after pics helps me out:). I'm stalled with 11lbs till I see 200 mark. Its crazy and I too wanna throw a tantrum lol. Good luck!

I was very lucky my ins covered sleeve. I will be 11wks out tues. Got off bp meds today and have lost total of 63lbs. Best decision I've ever made.

After 3yrs I will be getting off my bp meds Saturday. They had me cut it in half for 2 weeks bc can't quit cold turkey. I'm so excited I can hardly stand it. I'm 11weeks out today and down 61 lbs.

All went well but she said I need more protein and since I'm working out I need more calories problem is I have hard time eating what I do eat bc I get so full. She was happy with my weight loss results in 9weeks and I am too

Haha I'm always up for a challenge sometimes I over challenge myself like jogging 2 miles when I only ate 500 calories. Won't do that again :/ almost passed out. -

At first I didn't tell anyone but family but further along I got I don't care who knows. I'm proud of what I have accomplished and don't care what people think -
Went to my primary care doctor today bc he wanted to see me after surgery. I was so excited he has decided I can start decreasing my bp meds for two weeks then quit tAking them I'm so happy that was one of my goals post op was to get off meds. I'm almost 9weeks out and have lost 42lbs post op and 15lbs pre op. Have been motoring bp for bout 3 weeks and its gotten lots better very low at times even.
