    Surgery date 10-30 SW -217 CW - 205 Goal weight - 135 Hard to get all Protein and Water down during the day because feel so full all the time. Back to work already and feeling great

    Hi All Surgery Date - 10/30 HW -228 SW -215 CW -203 Really struggling to get all the protein drinks down. Feel like I am drinking all day and barely making a dent in the 80 grams doc says I need. Any suggestions?

    I also had surgery on 10/30 and found that the first week I could only sip from a medicine cup. This week has been better but I have been very careful to take small sips from a normal size cup. I have a huge fear of over doing it and throwing up.
