I just had my 3 month appt. And my dr. Wants me to try to get between 1000-1200 per day. He want me to reduce my shakes. He said to watch veggies right now and salad. -

Roo I am right there with you. 10/21 was my date. Lost 28 lbs. getting my protein and most day liquids. Holidays I was not as committed as I should have been. But honestly I feel good. And it came on slowly and will come off slowly. But I am happy. -
I got the flex for Christmas I am very happy with it .

I am 55-54 at the time of surgery . I absolutely loved being cold for the first time in 2 years. I would rather be cold than hot any day. Dad to say it didn't last more than 2 weeks.

I have had 1 attack( not related to the sleeve ) and my hubby had his first attack 2 weeks ago. His dr. Gave him meds and the intense pain was gone in 2 days. He is cutting back on beer and red meats I have been having a shot of dark cherry juice a day and have had no problems.

I was sleeved the 21st of October. I am currently stalled . I just received a fitbit for Christmas and am hoping it gives me motivation to move more often/). Merry Christmas to all! And to all a good night. -
For the past few days I have been having issues trying to have a BM. But I will have has an a pink brownish tinged miscues in the toilet and on the tissue paper. I have absolutely no pain. Just tired but this the season to be exhausted. Has anyone else experienced this?
