Ya I'm almost 16 weeks out from surgery and if I eat to fast I get pain in my left shoulder near my collar bone .. But it goes away ... Good luck on your new journey I'm down 48 lbs and starting to feel a change I just need to get more motivated to work out ) -
I read something today that hit this journey of ours on the head : No one starts out running a marathon without taking the first step out the door... I stepped out my door on 9/16/13 ...

I put protein in everything , applesauce , cottage cheese , coffee after awhile it is just second nature -
