My life changed on August 17th the day I attending a family wedding and of course just before the sweet table on the the dance floor someone pushed me and I broke on foot....Yes!!! it all started then....gained 20 lbs in 6 weeks which brought me to 250lbs.. feeling like ok what diet am I going to try this time....anyway one night on Sept. 15th at a gathering I was of course sitting down cause of my broken foot and that oversized boot I had to wear I was chatting to a lady I had just met and she told me she was 3 months post VS...well that was it!!! I knew what I had to do.... the next day researched a Dr. Michel Gagner... loved his web site and saw him on Sept. 24th...he said I just made it for this operation....Thank God I broke my foot right!!!

So my VS was on Nov.4th 2013 and as of today I've lost 76lbs....soooo happy, happy, happy!!!!
I really have to say this whole experience was awesome for me...the only thing was heart burn and some acid reflux...but Dr. Gagner gave me a pill the works amazing called Omeprazole (20mg)..

I'm now a size 12....really in amazing shape...well I always even big I was in shape ...love to train hard.
My goal is 140lbs..I can't wait...as The Lipstick Lady said...My life was great before but now it's awesome !!!
I'm happy but above all I'm healthy!!!!
