Bacon Is great in flavor, I also found this hickory bacon salt the other day at Walmart. Maybe mix it into something that needs a bacony kick? Yum.

I'm a certified chef but nothing bothers me, I was so ready for my sleeve. I love being in the kitchen and cooking and what not and to be honest, I don't miss food at all. So weird but my whole mind changed since being sleeved on July 7. I feel like a different person but still have my passion of cooking. I didn't get my degree for nothing . -

I'm on mushies and I barely eat , when I do I can't figure out if I'm eating too fast or taking too big of a bite or what I'm doing wrong because I feel so full afterwards and I can't even eat 3 ounces. Can I get some opinions please, tired of getting tired and worn out each time I eat. ;(

I have been on mushy foods for a few days now and I can not believe I can hardly finish 1/4 cup of food and barely finish one egg with cheese. I know it's goin to take sometime and I know sooner or later I will be fine. It just still surprises me that I can never finish what I put in my small bowl. I can't wait for the reflux to go away too! Just thought id share....
