  9. Curious on everyone's eating, Water, and exercise diary , what your typical day looks like. I have one day off per week and I work in a fast pace restaurant. 9am drink my shake 10am- go to gym (usually 4 days a week and do cardio for 45-60 minutes , drink 32 ounces water. 12pm- make lunch, usually 96/4 hamburger meat in a lettuce wrap or flat bread with onion and pickles and American cheese or chicken and veggies or a salad with let and tomatoe and lemon and olive oil as dressing with feta cheese. 2pm- more water about 20 ounces 4pm- usually a shake or another meal like lunch 530-6pm- more water 20 ounces 8pm - if needed a snack, a piece of cheese or mixed nuts/ pistachios I always have a large glass of water by my bedside. This is my typical day, if I work in the mornings , then I'll workout later in the day or work is my workout because of the fast pace running around. Usually gym days are tues., Thursday, Friday, sat. My day off is Thursday. Calories- 650-750 Protein 80-90 water- 8-12 cups , 30 grams of fat or less and carbs under 40.

    I lost 9 pounds on preop, I went from 259 to 241 and today I'm 217 , sleeved July 7th, ur fine.

    Slow Loser

    It's the worst feeling ever. I'm thankful for losing slow but then it bothers me. I mean I basically lost 16 pounds each month and I think I broke must all today, we shall find out. I'm 217 today and really wanted to be at 205 at two months out.

I've been overweight my entire life, so now that I've lost 29 pounds since my preop about two months ago and my sleeve on July 7, I feel in denial, like I keep questioning myself if I really lost 29 pounds after struggling for years to lose on my own. I'm sure this is normal but I feel like I'm doubting myself and sometimes wonder if I'm going to be fat my whole life. Does this make any sense ? Then I feel like a slow loser, I'm happy I'm losing and I know everyone loses at different paces but I always wonder. I know my SW was 250 which may be lower than some, but I still wonder and would love opinions so I can feel better.

    So I went from 218.5 to 217.8 after three weeks, does that mean I broke my stall or am I getting my hopes up? Lol

    I'm a type one diabetic, two months post op, I used to take 60 units of indulging in one day , now I take 5-7 every other day because my BS are so great. And I'm a type one!!! My body does not make enough insulin.

    I have one where I work, in city centre and one in Humbke, where I live. It's a really nice gym, upscale, has a salon a cafe and huge pools.
