The best protein I've ever tried, labrada pro v 60 in vanilla ice cream. My brother gets his supplements at cost and he paid for mine, otherwise, it is a bit pricey but u get a huge tub that lasts!! It tastes so good too!

Crime happens in every city/country daily, trust me! I'm from the land where my people (Palestinians) fight and get killed each day. I now reside in Houston where there are so many cultures and ethnicities and depending where you go , the samethings are happening here that happen everywhere. Yes their maybe be horror stories but that's everywhere u go. My friend who had it done here in the US had complications and a leak when I who went to the best doctor (just my opinion, dont jump on me) who's done more surgeries than any doctor I know or researched, I know I can always go back to my doctor for follow up and blood work at no charge. Luckily , I'm not too far from where I went and would go back in a heart beat! I dislike when people say they've done research when they didn't! Don't judge others and what they choose. Yeah I could've went to Dallas four hours away instead of my doctor , five hours away but this was my decision. I had the opportunity to meet my doctor in person before surgery also, so before u jump on people, u do ur research. It took me 2 years to save my money and not one regret. Ignorance.

Imagine being a chef! Lol. Honestly though, I knew what I was going into and I try to stay focused as I can be. It really does get easier. I'm only 2 1/2 months but I don't miss anything! Maybe because I'm around it all day, from my mom cooking at home to working on a restaurant, I just drink my water and move on

U can also get it at HEB if u live in Texas . They have pb2 and pb2 with chocolate. Yum! -
I use tryabouttime.com it's 103 calories per scoop and I think it's two carbs (sorry not at home, lol) I always add some skim milk and stevia with a half cup skim milk and a cup of water it's 150 calories and 30 grams protein.

Pre plan, make a marinade and soak the meat the night before and make a marinade for the veggies. Make sure u soak the skewers (if they are wooden, I have metal ones) for atleast an hour or so, then skew the meat right before you grill them or cook them on a flat grill on medium until cooked to your likeness. I make lamb skewers and here is my recipe: One pound of lamb cut into cubes 2 bell peppers of any variety Baby portabella mushrooms Red onions cut into squares Marinade for meat: 1/2 cup olive oil 2 large lemons squeezed and zest peeled One large garlic clove 8-10 sprigs of fresh mint chopped Small sprig of chopped fresh parsley Salt, pepper and allspice to taste Marinade for veggies: 1/4cup olive oil 1/3 cup red wine vinegar Pinch of sugar (1 tblsp) Salt and pepper to taste Marinade both the meat and veggies in a plastic ziplock bag (after whisking in together all the ingredients into two separate bowls) and marinate 8-10 hour or over night. Skewer them the day of and grill and enjoy! So yummy and great with a side of quinoa

Type 1 Diabetics And Sleeve
TheNewSusie replied to st2011's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
My blood sugars are great. I had a really high a1c of 9.4 at my last check up before surgery, I'll have another checkup in a month or so and my BS's range 100-130, that is great for me! I loved so many things that I don't care for anymore and that makes me happy! As far as getting too low, u really have to adjust ur insulin to fit your doctors plan. Ask ur doctor, he/she will help u adjust ur meds. I'm also off of my cholesterol meds and lisonopropil . I never thought this would happen to me, and it did! My sugar dropped a few times and during the liquid stages I drank orange juice but that made me vomit, so i had glucose tablets and those always worked. I hope they approve the sleeve for you. I was going for the band at first and so glad I didn't after all my research. -
If u take it current weight and divide it in half, that's how much water u should be drinking a day in ounces. For example, if u weigh 200 pounds ur body can take in 100 ounces of water.
