Why Don't I Just Tell People I Had Sleeve Surgery
TheNewSusie replied to The Big Dog's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was very happy that I finally stood up for myself and my health. I got type one diabetes at age 15, and now that I'm 30 (3 months out) I couldn't be happier, have better control of my life and bs levels. I'm down 43 pounds and happy. I told everyone and I was proud of it. There have been a few people to where I told them I just changed my whole life around, which I did, but I don't really care what others think, and if they don't like it, then they're not worth my time. -

They're great, I get them at Kroger and HEB

Try blue diamond nut thins, they are great. I've tried the smokehouse, ranch and cheddar, cheddar is my favorite. You can eat 16 for a serving and it's like 130 calories and protein too. (I forget how much protein, not at home)

If u like Starbucks then mix ur protein powder with ice and trust me, it tastes better when you make ur own and is good for u.

July Sleevers---How Much Have You Lost?
TheNewSusie replied to polican's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Sleeved July 7th and down 41 pounds. 9 pounds to onederland. Can't wait!! -
Ok, so most people on here know of me and know that I work 6-7 days a week in a fast pace restaurant. Most days I work 12 hour shifts and hardly get to sit down , especially in the weekends. I was sleeved July 7 and I've gone from 250 to 210 since my preop. I try to work out on my off days or the half days I get. Do you all think in doing ok? Thanks for the opinions .
