July Sleevers---How Much Have You Lost?
TheNewSusie replied to polican's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I'm in my second stall, stuck btw 202-204, some people say I should eat more but I always follow my doctors rules. 6-800 calories a day, 60-80 protein, 10-15 cups of water. 30 fats and 40 carbs (usually its way less) . I work in a restaurant and go to the gym 4-5 times a week. Any suggestions would be great! -
I know not to compare to others, but I would live to know how long it took you to get to "onederland" for those of u ladies who started at 250. I just hit my 4 months and I am so close to it, I thought of get there faster. I'm stalling again at 203-205. Yes I'm drinking me water and getting 80-100 protein daily. Workout 3-5 times a week and I work in a restaurant. I only take in 30-40 carbs daily. Thanks!

I used to be his head chef. I'd personally rather make my own food, that's only because I am a chef. But, if you're on the run and drop by a HEB or one of their locations it's convenient, but IMHO, a lot of the food their I don't feel us as healthy as u can make, that's only because I worked for the guy.

You have to go with your gut. I knew I wanted dr. Alvarez, it took me two years to save for my surgery, and was worth every second of each day. I know I paid more than some, but u have to trust ur surgeon. -

What do u all think, tomorrow is my four month mark and I'm down 48 pounds, I may be in another stall, oh well, point is I wanna know what people of my losses so fat. I eat 6-800 calories, less than 40 carbs and 30 fats and 60-100 grams protein. Am I doing ok? I hate feeling like a slow loser!
