5 Months Out, 45Lbs Down
TheNewSusie replied to audreyrn's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
I'm a bit over 5 months and down 55, it may be slim to some but there r a lot of factors to consider. From your SW to calories and protein and water intake and exercise. As long as u r losing u will succeed, trust me, I had to learn the hard way, I'm now 40 pounds from goal and very excited, u should be too! -
Depo shot after the sleeve
TheNewSusie replied to syrup79's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I hate the depo!!! I gained 30 pounds like it was nothing. I love my para guard IUD! No added weight gain and no hormones. Down 54 pounds in 5 months! -

6 months post op- july sleevers
TheNewSusie replied to kyzee's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
July 7th, down 54 pounds and on my third stall. Flowing all the rules, 70/80 protein a day, less than 30 carbs, 12-15 cups water, confused! I stall so much and it last 4 weeks each time. ;( -
Congrats Judy! U look wonderful!

If its not natural I don't use it. I stay away from all things artificial and fat free, etc., why? Because its horrible for ur liver. I actually broke my first stall by giving up artificial sweeteners and low fat things. Artificial things clog up ur liver and makes it harder to digest. If its not stevia I don't use it . I do use some sf creamer in my coffee but that's all, and it's not a bad habit.
