I had my surgery on the 10 of September. I can honestly say so far I do not have buyers remorse. It is a permanent lifestyle change. But the benefits are huge. I am already running on the beach for 30 minutes with my dog. My energy levels are high. The second and third week after the opp I was tired and flat but I had lost a lot of weight in a short time. Just really crave coffee. But I am sure it will pass.
