    wine anyone?

God Bless ya for the reply and I totally share your sentiments! You are right, we shouldn't be punishing ourselves right? I just wonder how much is to much? Vodka huh? I've never had it but I understand it comes in flavors that are just wonderful. I would like some at after work but I'm afraid of the consequences. I love wine and would perfer that to vodka or anything else for that matter. Good wine, not the cheap stuff so in that regard I'm not such a cheap date!!! Not that I have even been asked on a date or pursued that avenue just yet. Divorced 4 years ago and still can't seem to get over it you know what I mean? I have about 40lbs to lose yet and believe me as part of the mommy make-over (I have 5 children) I'm going to get a tummy tuck AND possibly a boob job when the doctor allows. Thanks for listening and I look forward to your reply. Love your zip and zest for life! se

    wine anyone?

Love it. I want to try some wine at night and I was scared to death. Afraid of the empty calories and afraid I might get to used to it! You look great by the way. I have lost 42lbs on mine but have slowed down considerably as I need an adjustment. I have about 40 to go. The wine didn't slow your weight loss no? Best Regards, se
  7. Hi all, I have a question. Is it ok to have a little wine about 30 minutes after you eat at night only? I would love to do that but am afraid fo the calories. I also wonder if it's a good for you to have red wine? Doesn't France and Italy support the notion that red wine is good for the heart? If that's true how much is good? Looking forward to the reply's. Best Regards, se
  8. Hi Jamie, Yes I had to do the 20% co-pay. My hospital demanded the money up front so I took out a loan. However, if your hospital will work a payment plan with you all the better. I would give that a try. Most places want to truly help you and would be willing to enter into an agreement knowing you have insurance that will cover 80%. Good for your for taking that first step. I will never regret mine! Where are you located in Wyoming? I'm in Cheyenne and the hospital here can and will work with you; you just have to mildly persistent and assertive. Best Regards, se
