    Hello all, having my band removed and revision to rny on the 20th of January 2014 in Brisbane, Australia . I have a fairly physical job at times ( work in a refinery ) and was wondering how long others have had off. Surgeon said 4 weeks should kill it. Work has unlimited sick leave so time isn't an issue. Was wondering how long everyone else has taken off ?

    I'm with pumpkin curly, I'm going in for mine tomorrow. Not to concerned about the surgery, if it doesn't happen all in one surgery then so be it, only concern is protein and fluid intake post op
