Hi everyone- I am new to this site. I just joined today. I was banded on June 27, 2007 and I am so thrilled. The weight loss has been slow but I will have to learn to be patient. I have lost about 18 pounds. I think that I am in need of a support group to keep me on track. Does anyone know of any support groups in Maryland? Any help would be appreciated.
