I have been taking pills from day one, surgeon said to not take time release pill though because you won't get the full effect.

Wow....100 that's great....congratulations!! I really like the G2 I'm just afraid there will be too much sodium. I also have a time with protein but can't stand the shakes since about I week post op. Thank for responding.

I everybody I am new to the site and am 3 months post. I am down 66 lbs. Not sure if that's a good thing. Doctor is making passing remarks about it being too much. I also am having problems getting my protein in. And having problems with meats. Also if that's not enough I am having problems with my potassium being low. Any suggestion? And how does every body feel about the G2 Gatorade? My doctors is a stickler for no citric acid of any kind. So I'm not really sure about Gatorade. Thanks
