The thing is I cant afford to keep having it filled. Becasue here in the uk they fill it 1 mil at a time at the cost of £150. I know how you feel as im s bing eater myself. What we have to remember is. Its what we put into our bodies aswell. Try to remain positive

mabe you could take the dogs out. or met up with friends. something to keep your brain occupied

i know how you feel! ive only had one fill and have no restriction i feel like a failure so much so that im starting to become depressed. dont know what to do i feel like ive wasted all this money i wish i had the bypass at least there's no going back

Hi im sarah and i was just wondering people who have had the surgery how long after did you have your first band fill. Its been 7 weeks since I had surgery and iim starting to feel really hungry. Trying to get in touch with my dietician is starting to be a nightmare. So im going to let her find me.

the best thing to do is not to weigh yourself. Im doing the same thing. Its so dishartning when you get on the scale and expect to of lost. dont do it
