    Hunger Question

I don't think I experience what I used to call hunger. It's more like head hunger most of the time and I feel empty. It's hard to explain.

Man I've missed being on this forum! I have lost 113 pounds since my surgery December 11, 2013 and I have lost 10 sizes in clothes. I am a little bummed because I would LOVE to weigh 130 as my ultimate goal but my surgeon said that it was too much of a heft goal and to expect to lose another 20 lbs but it would be really hard. Kinda bummed me out but nevertheless I am continuing to work out and strive for another 20 to 30 lbs. How is everyone else doing?

    Gallbladder problem or not?

I am 1 yr 1 mos out of gastric bypass surgery and on Jan 1, 2015 had a gallbladder attack. I hurt under my right rib cage through to my shoulder blade. I thought it was a trapped gas bubble but it was not gas. The pain also radiated across my stomach also. I had one large gallstone but my gallbladder was inflamed and enlarged so it was removed. Never had any other attacks like this one and I am sooooo glad. Just thought I would give you an idea of what my attack felt like.

How is everyone ? We all seem to be in our own little worlds now! I am at 97 lbs down but I think I am losing in inches now! I can tolerate chicken and some ground beef at this stage!

Totally agree that I wished I would've done it sonnet also. My wanting something to eat comes and goes. It seems like some days I can eat more than other days. Today was one of those days where I could care less if I ate or not.

I have lost 86 lbs but I still want to lose about 50 to 60 more. I cannot eat things like steak, pork chops things like that. I can now tolerate ground beef, beef tips with a lot of juice etc,,, I have a hard time getting my protein in daily and I have a little hair loss but I didn't have a lot to begin with so I hope I don't lose more. I have had to learn not to eat too fast because I will get sick so I am doing much better with that.

I can't "feel" my pouch I don't guess but I hurt or tighten in my chest when I am full.. Does that count as feeling your pouch?

Lilly I don't have that I don't think. Every now and again my pouch gets irritated and it's best I just do protein shakes but it's not all the time

I use Miralax and you just put it in water it dissolves! That is safe for even young kids!

Miralax and if that doesn't work suppositories or enema.... Drastic but if you are miserable then it's worth it!
