I start my pre diet tomorrow! When is your surgery date!??? Mine is on the 28th. I think the pre diet is going to be hard for me also.. But just think it's only 2 weeks I'm right there with you.

Hello:) well here I am and sure did not think I was going to need weight loss surgery at the age of 43.. But at lest we are all doing something about our problem!! I got my date for the sleeve on Jan 28th !! I'm super excited but scared to death! Any advice? I will take all the support I can get.
