I have finally got my approval. I am now waiting on my surgery date. I had to go off and the crazy liason women that was not doing her job very well. This lady kept telling me that it would be at least another 2 months before it would even possible go the insurance for approval. I Flipped my lid. I spoke with the insurance lady and she moved my information to the list for the day for approval and it came in today. I can't believe that I might be on that loser bench by the end of Feburary. Keep fingers croshed. :D

I have to say that this would be something you would need to consider, do you think your family and friends would be supportive or not because, they might really surprise you. I thought that I would have issues out of my family when I announced that I would be having the RNY, the majority of my family has been very supportive(which shocked the sh-t out of me) and then I have some that are just worried about me. When I explained to them that I listened to the concerns but it was still happening because it was what I wanted, things have started to change. I have tons of support from my friends at work. I actually work with several others that have had the surgery and are really giving me tons of information on how to make it. I guess my point is that if you feel more comfortable not telling people then that is completely up to you or if you want to tell everyone that you see that is also up to you. I guess I have a big mouth because I have told all my friends and family now. LOL

If you have another doctor in your local area, call and see if they can get you in asap, explain the situation. You will want to have a copy of the medical records to take with you so that the new doctor sees that you have already done everything that was requested. That was really messed up of the PCP to do that without any kind of notice or anything to the clients. I will keep my fingers crossed for you and keep us updated. Beleive that everything happens for a reason and know that just maybe that PCP was not the right one for you.

I would do as everyone else stated talk with the nut about it and see what they might suggest. How long have you been drinking them? If it is the start of the liqid diet, they might just want you to go purchase the correct thing and go from there. Wish you the best. Let us know what is said.

Well I went for the retest to H Pylera this morning. I am hoping that everything comes nack negative so that my info can be sent to insurance. I am hoping to have a date in Feb. But who knows. I think it is funny, I finished everything back at the start of Dec and I am still sitting here waiting. Please keep me in your thoughts. I want be get to that losers bench.

I wish mine would go faster. I have done everyrhing. I am hoping to have my date soon.

I was hoping to get mine done by the end of Dec. but that just does not look like that is going to work. I am hoping that it will be in January. I completed everything that my doctor wanted on 12/6 and did the support meeting on 12/9. I hope that everyone has a great holiday.

I know that Walmart and Walgreens carry Body Fortress. It cost around 20 dollars. Sometimes u can catch it on sale at Walgreens. The chocolate is pretty good also but everyone is different.

Well, I guess I would be a newbie too so you are not alone in that boat. I just finised with Endo and Chest Xray. I hope that they submitt to the insurance by end of next week and get a sugery date. Congratulations.

Well I wish everyone the best. I go in the morning for my Endo and Chest Xray and then I will be finished with all the pre things the doctor wanted me to do. I hope that it will not take the office too long to submit to the insurance and get approval. Everyone keep fingers crossed for me.
