Down 64 pounds!! Surgery date 10/30/13 -
I stay away from carbs as much as possible. I get all my protein & vitamins in. I think it's bc I'm more active.

So I'm 3 months post op and I've lost 63 pounds so far. I'm am very pleased with my progress and I've started to exercise. I have been training for a 5k so I've started running on top of aerobics and weight lifting and I've noticed here lately that my appetite has increased. I was just wondering if this is normal??

I went back after 4 days and had no problems. I have a desk job so it was easy on me. I have a very lenient boss.

When I was a few days out my husband cooked some rice & I wanted to throw up bc the smell was so terrible!! -

I tried on my old size 18 jeans & the fit great & comfortably!!! I started & a size 22/24 my surgery was 10/30/13. -

I am so happy to hear I'm not the only one that is a slow loser!! I am 3 weeks PO and have only lost 5 pounds too!! It is so frustrating!! Everyone keeps telling me to be patient but I can't help it I want it off!!!!! Lol!! -
I had surgery in 10/30/13 and was released 11/1/13. I went back to work on 11/4/13 I too have an easy desk job. The only thing is you have to be able to walk some do you don't get blood clots.

Surgery was 10/30/13. Starting weight 296, first doc appointment 288, pre surgery appointment 274, day of surgery 269, day home from surgery 264 and I haven't lost any since. I'm hoping to see some improvements soon!! -
I am 11 days post op and I am have a very hard time getting all my protein in. The best I've done is around 40 grams and my worst day has been around 12 grams. I am starting to worry about it.

I am lactose & tolerant so I have to use soy protein and all I can find is vanilla flavored. I was able to drink them b4 surgery & the flavor was fine but now I gag every time I drink them. I'm trying some syntax (I think that's what it is) protein today it's lactose free. Idk just trying to figure it all out.

I am the same way I drank a lot of water b4 and maybe that is why I can now. Idk. I don't think it's a problem if you can drink that much. Oh and I'm only 2 days out. -

My deep breathing is a lot better now. I've almost got all of the gas out but I can still fill it bubbling. Lol. When I picked up all my medicine I had the pharmacist put a flavor in it, it's still nasty but nothing like before!! I hope you are doing well. I got to come home today. -

I had mine on the 30th and should be getting out of here today!! I can't wait. I some dull pain in my left side and it hurts when I take a deep breath but I'm refusing my pain meds. They taste terrible & it makes me gag which is worse than the pain I have. -
