Hey I hope you feel better Jennifer. My Dad had those way back when and had surgeries. If you can stay away from that then by all means do it. It didnt help him all that much. They did a fusion of the spine a couple of years ago and that has helped more than anything. I wish you luck with this. I have watched my Dad suffer too long with those. Hopefully they can fix yours and make it right. Angie

Yes Kim, I am doing much better. The therapist did put me on wellbutrin though. I have taken my first dose today but she said it will take a while for it to get into my system. This also suppresses your appetite so this may help me with some more weight loss. I saw the nutritionist yesterday and I am suppose to stay on 1,000 calories and eat every two to three hours. I haven't been being a good bandster at all since all this stuff has happened. I was at 176.2 yesterday and this is where I have stayed since November. It's tough. It's hard but I am going to do this. I am getting ready to go walk for 45 minutes and start it today. Hope everyone is doing fine. You guys rock and I love you and appreciate all the support you have given me. I will be there on the 20th but will have to bring the girls since it's my weekend. Angie

Hmmm, Hey I have only dated one person in my LIFE! So yeah maybe a blind date would be fun. THE JERK, sorry a bit bitter right now, has taken his wedding band off!!!! TommyO, I would love to join you on this challenge. But I still want to post on here! I have 50 more to lose as well and I want to commit to this. I have been a bad example as a lapband patient and need to get back on the ball. I drink durning my meals, I have had a cheeseburger from Burger King!!!! The list goes on. Wow, well this coming weekend I am child free so if anyone can do a little something let me know. Well I will get to see the kids on Mother's day. It will be nice to be able to hang out by myself on Mother's day a bit too. It will give me time to relax. I will miss them but I will see them at some point that day. Wow Kathy, Me of all people should have remembered this. With everything going on it has been like a whirlwind around me and I just feel really bad. You can smack me next time you see me. Sorry for the potty mouth but that is how I feel right now! I am eating so bad since my husband left that I am afraid I will start gaining like nobody's business. I'm eating out way too much and picking the wrong things. I just ate a whopper jr w/cheese, fries, and a sweet tea! I can't continue on this path of distruction. My year will be here at the end of June and I want to be proud of this year but if I keep going on this track I wont be. Please ladies help me out here. Remind me of how I am suppose to eat. What type of things I need to eat and how much Protein. It has left my brain with all this craziness going on!!!! :help: Angie

Melissa, I am sure looking for one once the kids start school in August. My youngest starts school then and all three will be in school and I can get a job. I need something that will allow me to work hours like that so that would be perfect! Keep me in mind for the August time frame. I am also looking into working for the school so I can get the days off I need when they are out of school. Plus I will get the summer off with them as well. So we will see what happens there. I am doing pretty ok? I am trying to watch what I eat and get my Protein in. It has been hard. I want to see the scale move again and it just keeps telling me 176! I just wont budge. I need to get out and exercise as well. So I need to get crackin. I had to cancel my YMCA membership because I need to pinch pennies here.
