Hey guys im a little bit closer than i ever thought i would get to this and im so scared!!! Also i feel myself coming down with a soar throat...i hope thats not what it feels like...anyway if you guys have any tips for this diet... FEEL FREE TO SHARE. MAYBE WHAT MADE YOU FULL,WHAT WAS NASTY SO ON,AND SO FORTH...PLEASE BECUASE IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED IM KINDA FREAKING OUT NOW..HONESTLY -

How was ypur weight loss as the lonths went on? Progressed fast? Or alot of stalls? -
Linda let us know how this goes we are so behind you 100%...i really wanna know how things turn out....i have surgery on the 14 and im freaking outttt completely so i will definitly be following your story to see how it all goes...so dnt miss a single detail :-)

Thanks!!! Good luck with the surgery......but my surgeon is strict i cant even drink the slim fast i want..i have to drink only low card etc... i can only take in 1000 calories daily so im super nervous about that but im going to try my best to keep occupied and try not to think about it...mind over matter:-) -

I have less than 2 days to my pre-op diet... all i could think about is this is my last time eating this kinds off food/tasting this kond of food for a long time...i had some popeyes yesterday and some Mc.Donalds nearly all week...and today im goimg eat because i can..not trying to sound ridiculously ignorant but i will really miss food... anybody else feel like its their last time?? -

In my family holiday time we lwats over eat....im from the islands so my family make alot of island food and we eat...drink and laugh all night long...to us this is our one excuse to pig out bexuase the food is there...but yea no one really sits there nd thinks i dont wanna loose my figure sso ill eat one tablesoon of this two of that etc. Well in my family ofcourse -

My preop diet starts on saturday im planing on sticking to it i just want to eat good before it starts... -
If your msg was for me everything is everything right now i aould like to know how you diet is going?? What are some tricks you came up with to make sure you wasnt hungry??sorry for being gross but what was your trick tht helped you refrain from constipation?? Did u cheat? (Sorry for the 99 questions) lol

10lbs in 4 days???? Thats sound like madness i said to myself imma probably loose like 12 all together but i guess it depends on metabolism etc
