Jdub its mon??? Wow omg u better keep us posted!!! Do ypu eat veggies?? I realized that the reason that my diet requires two cups of veggies daily is because that where our main nutrition comes from daily....idk once i eat the veggies idnt feel like im going to pass out...but i do still feel sick to my stomach right now my mout salivates all im thinking / dreaming about is a crispy ranch Mc. Premium wrap thats something i miss so much...what do you miss?

The only solid foods that i have been able to eat is veggies..i cant have carbs so im scared of everything else....the feeling i.feel right now is like if u ate something yucky and all of a sudden you dnt feel well like you wanna puke but you dont

So hey guys i woke up this morning sooooo happy....why because when i hoped on that scale i am now 235.6 befor i started my preop diet i was 252 and starting my preop diet i was 245 i lost 10lbs in 4 days .....4DAYYSSSS IM NOT EVEN SLEEVED YET!!!! I JUST THEOUGHT I SHOULD SHARE IT WITH MY SLEEVE FAM..... I PUT A VIDEO UP ON YOUTUBE OF ME WEIGHING MYSELF ILL POST BELOW IN A FEW..(DONT MINE ME SCRATCHING MY HAIR ITS KIND OF A MORNING HABBIT THING)

We are all here for u...anxiety levels are crazy right now especially with me to but im learning that this is just another mildstone that i have to over come in my life and believe it or not this journey would mke you stronger in more ways than one...especially when you start that preop diet youll learn how strong you really are...ive learned to just let life do its thing but trust when i say youll be alright im pretty sure there are people bigger than you on here with serious health issues that do just fine after the sleeve... YOU'LL DO JUST FINE!!! KEEP US POSTED THO
