    Hi so before my doctor submits to insurance I had to lose 18.8 pounds for insurance requirements. I'm down to my last 5 pounds and I go in for a weigh in this Friday. I've been dieting and exercising and it's like I'm not losing any weight. Any suggestions to drop these last few pounds? I'm getting very frustrated.
