    my sugery is scheduled for 2 weeks from today and I am required to lose 10 lbs before surgery. I started my 3 week liquid diet a week ago and have actually gained 7 lbs. I don't understands how I am gaining weight since I am on liquids. I am having a hard tie dring 64of water with 3 meal replacements its a lot of liquid . Any advice on what I can do?
