I'm pre diabetic, I have issues with my knees and tailbone. I have asthma, and I have issues sleeping. I need to lose weight for both physical and mental health concerns. I can't remember really being at a healthy weight. Even though 170 lbs is the smallest I've been, it's still not healthy based on my age, height, and genetics.

I've attempted many times before to lose weight. I've even went to a health clinic, in Nashville, for about a year. It did nothing to help. It only made me feel worse about myself, to the point I'd cry on the way home. My current doctor, Jay, has done the absolute most to help me. I've been on three different diets pills, prescribed by him, to try and help with my weight. Once I was taken off the pills, the weight would come back, and I would gain more. I've also tried doing a food journal, counting every single calorie. I've also had numerous tests to make sure everything in my body is working properly. Everything has come up clean, but that doesn't mean anything in the medical world. You can have a medical problem, but all tests come back clean.[list]
