Surgery date 10/23 HW : 290 SW: 286 CW: 271 Struggling to get my Protein and Water in.... The whey makes me sick.... Any ideas how to get my protein in?

Sleeved on the 23 and I am down 12 lbs so far. I am struggling to get my protein and water in. Any one have any ideas of protein that is really unflavored protein, I can still taste the whey in the unjury and it makes me sick !!!

You will love him..... He starts out as a little hard to read, but he is a great guy !!!! If you have any questions I'm close enough I will help with what I can

I have learned if I take the why protein and mix it with water and my mio it kinda takes that cough syrup taste away

I'm from Moore and had Dr Le do my sleeve on the 23rd at Integris!!!

So here is my question I got my sleeve on the 23, I didn't go home till the 26.... My first day was great but my 2nd day SUCKED.... I couldn't keep anything down, my gas pains got the best of me and I sleepy most the day .... Since I have gotten home I haven't eaten much I get soup and try to drink it and maybe 4-5 spoons into it I have pain in my lower left abd area and I'm done.... I know I was struggling with my water post surgery, and still am.... Any ideas on what I might have going on?

Thanks I am going to try that.... I just keep reading about leak test ... And unless they did that while I was still under, I don't remember having one... And it just worries me with all the vomiting I did that 2nd day I might have messed something up
