I had my first fill April 9th. I was pretty good for a week. However, I am now gaining weight again and I am not full at all. Should I call my doctor? Will the give me another fill? I feel so discouraged. Thanks for listening, Nicole

Calorie Counter - Free Online Diet Journal I have been using this site to track my daily calories. It really has been great....UNTIL, I felt no restriction with my band. YEAH...not even pretty. This site tracks your daily calories....and I was having 600-800 calories a day...and yesterday it was a little over 2,000 and today I was around 1,700. Not even pretty. I still have to wait four weeks for a fill. We'll see how it goes.

Since we all had our surgery in February, I was hoping we could share our PB experiences. Lord knows I don't want anyone to have one, but will you post it if you do? It's a great way for us to learn from each other. Thanks,

I am hoping to attend a support group meeting in March. How are you feeling Rachel? I am definately hungry. When I say hungry, I mean for the taste of quality food...not that my stomach is hungry. I have been sticking to it...so good so far.

Good Evening, I was banded at Windber PA and couldn't be happier. The staff, doctor and people were fabulous. I would say the best in the business. Highly reccomend. Love, Nicole

Are ther any other fellow banders this week?
luv2smile replied to Leah Peets's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
The best advice I got was to listen to my body. I was sipping on some broth and I felt a burning sensation in the middle of my belly. I am assuming my pouch is full. I am excited that I actually know what full feels like. I believe it is a start to a beautiful relationship. (The band and me) :rolleyes2: Good luck to all of you. -
Post-op diet and Work
luv2smile replied to KatsenD's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I would reccomend taking the powdered chicken or beef boulion. If you have a water cooler at your work with the hot water outlet, you can make yourself a cup of chicken soup. (broth) Maybe sugar free jellow cup....the boost shakes (choc.) are pretty good.
