Hey is your highest weight from before your liquid diet before surgery or day of surgery? Im 9 months out and im down to 211. Day of surgery I was 244 but hw was 297 just kind of curious how everyone else tells their weight story -

I had a bad weekend and ate horrible. Im having a hard time getting back on track. My hw was 297.2 Sw was 244.5 Cw is 216.2....im 5months post op and feel like I should have lost more by now. ....
