Protein drink and yogurt I would recommend I'm 7 months post-op and still eat same yogurt and Protein Drink, just need to change it up with different flavoring daily, I buy them at costco After surgery tastes buds changed for me, all the powder shakes I had bought tasted horrible. I have say Premier Protein ready to drink are by far the best Protein drinks out there and highly recommend, you get 18 for about $28.00. They sell on Amazon but its a 12pk for more cost Sam's or Costco are cheaper. All 3 flavors are great, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. I buy all 3 and alternate daily.. Always my Breakfast meal for sure. 11oz, 160 calorie, 1g sugar, 30g Protein. Fage yogurt has Sugar 9g, Protein 23g, 0 fat, 0 carbs only 130 calories 1 cup. It's Greek yogurt, tastes a bit sour like sour cream, took me a bit to get used to it but I add Splenda to sweeten it up or pineapple w/juice, peaches, strawberry etc... Hope this helps. Good luck! : )

Try Fage yogurt... I'm 7 months post-op and still eat same yogurt, just need to change it up with different flavoring. I but it at costco, it's the large container and less than $6.00. It goes a long way. Especially now with my sleeve. I have to agree Premier Protein ready to drink are by far the best Protein drinks out there and recommend. I also get them at Costco. 18 for about $27.00. All 3 flavored are greasy. Vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. I but all 3 and alternative. Always my Breakfast meal for sure. Hope this helps. Good luck! : ) -

Hate my protein shakes
Scorpion11 replied to teachingkids2004's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
5 months post-op. Tried different powder ones after WLS. By far the best tasting to my yards buds is Premier Protein 11oz 30g of protein, 1g sugar, 4g carbs, comes in vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. I purchase at costco for about $28 case of 18. I buy a three. Love them. You can also find online amazon but cheapest place is Costco. Good luck!! PS I agree with other post, my taste buds change lots, sometimes I mix the powder ones I despised after WLS 1st couple of weeks. Save them and try to mix/blend with other thing, frozen fruit, Peanut Butter, yogurt etc.., -
