Had surgery on Monday and today i have lost 19lbs -
Going in for my surgery on October 28th nervous about it since i have never in my life had to have surgery but i have a great support team at home having a big sister that had the surgery on October 14th.

Surgery went great learning how to take smaller sip i had lost a total of 15lbs on my two week diet -
Surgery was good trying to take slower sips of because it hurt other than still glad i went through with it

I will my sister lost 14lbs in the 1st week hopefully mine goes as well as hers did
