No problem..also you can take up to 8 gas ex strips a day. Now if you can't get in 64 oz at first don't fret... Get 12 oz less than that. You can drink decaf green tea mild. It calms and heals the tummy. Tepid. Don't force a gulp let it move across your mouth and slowly let it seep in. Also they told Meir you talk a lot you are putting air in your tummy. I am nose breathing too. When you need to burp, do so gently.. Don't force it.. Ok?

Yes, maybe you are taking too big of sips. Try to go even slower. Don't take a real drink.

We were sleeved on the same day. I am home too. Doing good but I soooo constipated!! Omg going to get milk of mag. Ugh. Other than that I great got my smoothie in. With milk. And water and hot tea. Just need to potty. How r u? Lol

My dr sd I can have wine 21 days out. Just keep it low in volume you get buzzed quicker and it lasts longer, Cheap date!! Lol

The plane flight is today home by 3 maybe. I did great w/ fluids and most protein needs. I am not hungry but wd love the taste in my mouth. ..lol. Who can blame for that! Lol. Write me! I am doing great. Have no problem with my swallow. I feel better walking and standing, sitting isn't so great. But you shd walk anyway. .lol. Then I lay down. Got a lot of Water in my first day..about 56 oz in and 50grams Protein.. Not too bad and I napped 1.5 hrs today was the day to leave the hospital so it's been busy.. Tomorrow I fly out. So I am taking my pain pill and hope to sleep good! My regiment is To take Zantac and pain pill / anti inflammatory (4xdaily)in the a.m. lunch. Antibiotic, Zantac at pm. Then night pain pill. Can't wait to get home

Okay was sleeved 11/11 and I am happy!! Out today I walk the gas out and use gas ex strips. Walking makes me feel good. I was sleeved by Alvarez in Mexico and they were the bomb!! Great experience I plan to follow the plan with the foods!

I had my surgery from Dr Alvarez! Wonderful. Professional my stitches look like a plastic surgeon tiny!! I feel great leave tomorrow have great nut information I am thrilled and so is my hubby who is a dr himself. Total cost 8,7000

My dr says after 21 days and your tummy has completely healed I can have wine or alc. just remember u get buzzed faster so u shd keep it to a 2 drink max and u stay buzzed longer. Don't get a DUI. As long as I can have one drink I am happy.

I Had mine Monday Little gas pain walking and gas ex strips fix that. Had ice chips today. Tonight at 5 I get water. Then grape juice in the am. Yay Good luck!!!
